    Shipping methods vary depending on the shipping address region. We offer free global standard shipping and different express shipping options per region. You can track your order in your account profile, or track your order if you have your tracking number.

    To calculate delivery estimates, combine the processing time and shipping time based on your selected shipping method. Please note that customs clearance is beyond our control, and it may affect the final delivery time.

    Additional Customs and Import Duty

    Some countries require tariff declarations based on their customs policies. We recommend that you check your local import policies before placing an order. If customs duties apply, you will need to contact your local customs office and make a payment.

    1. South American Orders: All South American orders are subject to customs duties. We will not issue refunds if the customer refuses to pay the required customs duties.
    2. China Post Policy: Refunds will only be issued for China Post parcels that have not been signed for more than 6 months.
    3. Turkey Deliveries: Due to specific customs policies, we are unable to deliver to Turkey at this time.

    Changes of Shipping Information

    During the order processing period (before your order is fulfilled, typically 1-3 days), you may contact us via Email or WhatsApp to change your shipping information. Please note: You cannot change the destination country after placing your order.

    Any delivery dates provided by Babakud are estimates. Tracking information will automatically email you when your order shipped, and you can review your order and shipping information in your Babakud account you have registered
